Quantum Leap Match Scheduling Standards

The Warp Gammon Quantum Leap is committed to only allowing players who schedule and play all their matches.

Players who do not play damage the event in two ways.  It frustrates opponents who want to play.  It also causes forfeits, which can unfairly affect other players.

We expect players to have updated their scheduling details in their profiles to include their server nics, timezone and normally available times for play. Players who do not have this information entered risk a forfeit loss in the event of an unplayed match.

You do NOT need to contact your opponents with your scheduling details once they are entered in your profile. This information will be displayed when your opponent accesses the scheduling form.

You should schedule at least 2 days in advance. Confirm all arrangements at least a day in advance so that your opponent is clear that you will be there.
