We've all been there... you send your scheduling times to an opponent, he
ignores it and sends his back. Or you get a reply 'I'm in WGC now if you want to
play'. And so it goes on. It's like extracting teeth.
NOT ANY LONGER.
If your opponent has his profile information stored you can now check the
button next to a server and then click a time slot in his times grid. It will
be highlighted in orange. Add any extra comments and click submit.
The web page will compose the email for you, including the server, time and
day, in both your local time and you opponent's time zone and add your
comments.
To confirm a scheduled time from your opponent all you need to do is check the
box on the scheduling page, add any extra comments and submit. If you wish to
change the scheduled time then simply click another slot in the time grid.
Without any extra comments your scheduling email will look something like:
Hi PAL_BR_HyJinx,
I have scheduled to play our Warp Quantum Lords1 match on TrueMoneygames on
Sunday, August 27 at 8:30 am your time (Sunday at 1:30 pm my time).

You can, of course, continue to schedule just with the comments box if you
wish. However, the scheduling time and server cannot be displayed on your
Pending Matches display on MyPage except as part of the comments.
