Easy Scheduling

We've all been there... you send your scheduling times to an opponent, he ignores it and sends his back. Or you get a reply 'I'm in WGC now if you want to play'. And so it goes on. It's like extracting teeth.

NOT ANY LONGER. Follow these simple instructions on the scheduling page:

Select a server by checking the radio button next to it.
Select a time by clicking one of the green squares in the time grid that is convenient for you. These times are the times he is available in your local time. The selected slot will turn orange.
Add any extra comments in the text box.

There are 3 'Confirmation buttons'. Choose the one that is appropriate depending on whether you are asking your opponent to confirm the time you have set, you're assuming the time is ok - usually after some previous discussions with him, or you are confirming the time that your opponent has set.

Click 'Submit'

The web page will compose the email for you, including the server, time and day, in both your local time and you opponent's time zone and add your comments.

To confirm a scheduled time from your opponent all you need to do is check the box on the scheduling page, add any extra comments and submit. If you wish to change the scheduled time then simply click another slot in the time grid.

Without any extra comments your scheduling email will look something like:

Hi PAL_BR_HyJinx,

I have scheduled to play our Warp Quantum Lords1 match on TrueMoneygames on Sunday, August 27 at 8:30 am your time (Sunday at 1:30 pm my time). Please confirm these details.

You can, of course, continue to schedule just with the comments box if you wish. However, the scheduling time and server cannot be displayed on your Pending Matches display on MyPage except as part of the comments.
